The Goals

The client aimed to enhance their online presence to match their expansive physical footprint and extensive in-stock selection. The primary goal was to create a robust, user-friendly eCommerce platform to manage their large inventory and improve customer engagement.

  1. Data Synchronization: We developed an automated data import module to integrate and update RollMaster ERP data daily. This ensured accuracy and reduced the risk of manual errors.
  2. Performance Optimization: To enhance site performance, we implemented a CDN, optimized images using the WebP format, and refined caching mechanisms.
  3. Custom Features:
    Developed IP-based functionality to personalize the user experience, such as displaying the nearest store based on location and applying regional restrictions where necessary.
