Our client, a leader in the flooring industry, needed an e-commerce solution that could handle the complexities of their operations, including large-scale data management, seamless transactions, and regional store management.

The primary goal was to create a robust platform that ensured flawless functionality across orders, payments, invoices, and shipping processes, enabling their business to scale without disruptions.

Key Technologies & Tools

The project was built on Magento, leveraging its flexibility and scalability. To address the client’s unique needs, we developed several custom APIs and implemented notable extensions such as:

- Data Import Automation Module: Automates daily imports from RollMaster ERP to keep the site up-to-date with minimal manual intervention.
- Custom Shipping Integration: Built a tailored FedEx shipping solution to accommodate specific logistical requirements.

Data Synchronization: We developed an automated data import module to integrate and update RollMaster ERP data daily. This ensured accuracy and reduced the risk of manual errors.
Performance Optimization: To enhance site performance, we implemented a CDN, optimized images using the WebP format, and refined caching mechanisms.

Developed IP-based functionality to personalize the user experience, such as displaying the nearest store based on location and applying regional restrictions where necessary.
